I notice how quickly comes the impulse to give in to anger – strike out, blame others
& I remind myself of my own 2 top bits of advice:
Cut your losses. Go where the energy is.
Stay on the path. Don't look down.
Have just added a new note to the front of the fridge:
Take the high road.
Hope I will always listen to my own good advice!!
