So, a flight attendant on the Westjet flight yesterday was going through the usual pre-take-off schtick.
Asking people to stow their carry-on luggage under the seat.
Then he added, “Stow your emotional baggage,” & all the passengers cracked up.
Some of us on the flight (perhaps only moi??) sat there wishing emotional baggage was that simple to deal with!!!! Some days, it feels as though my own is leaking out all over the place.
In a manner of speaking...
p.s. note that last quote, down below. Added in this re-post. Feeling like a piece of shit. I kinda suspect quite a few of us these daze can relate to this thing of feeling “like a piece of shit.”
